We are a well-funded and rapidly growing company, and we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader with a background in the fleet/trucking industry and/or SaaS to join our team.
As a Product Designer at Pitstop Connect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for our transportation and fleet management solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating insights into intuitive and visually appealing product designs.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering on strategy, planning, and execution.
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and validate design solutions.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user behavior and preferences.
Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups that showcase the user interface and interaction flow.
Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation aligns with user-centric principles.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all product touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and competitor products.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusion in design, ensuring our products are usable by all.
