We are looking for a Fleet Sales Manager to hunt and drive sales of Pitstop’s predictive maintenance software to fleets. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting, developing relationships, and managing the sales funnel for potential customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience doing business development with fleets
  • Experience working with IOT, preferably with vehicles
  • Experience selling SAAS solutions


  • Acquire revenue
  • Build / Create / Manage Funnel
  • Lead Generation / Prospecting: events, emailing, cold calling, etc
  • Perform sales pitches and product demonstrations
  • Providing organizational customer feedback (Voice of Customer)
  • Managing customer pilot projects
  • Writing proposals and updating sales content
  • Work with marketing to build materials for customer acquisition & awareness
  • Work with customer success to ensure top notch customer experience
  • Sales channel management


  • Bachelor’s degree required (with a business focus)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of success in Sales / Account Management
  • Exposure to fleets
  • Experience managing a CRM tool
  • Proven ability to successfully achieve targeted business results
  • History of success in hitting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals
  • Ability to adapt and “Wear Multiple Hats” in a start-up – extreme growth situation
